Biasvex (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What We Collect

We collect the following data when you use Biasvex:

• Account data — your email address and name, collected at signup.
• Trade journal data — trades you log including prices, P&L, notes, and emotions.
• Psychology entries — daily check-ins including mood, energy, sleep, and stress ratings.
• Onboarding profile — trading experience, style, prop firm status, and self-reported knowledge areas.
• Usage data — basic analytics about how you use the platform (pages visited, features used).

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide and personalize the Biasvex platform for you.
• Power the AI Coach — your trade and profile data is sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate coaching responses. No data is stored by Anthropic beyond the API call.
• Improve the platform based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset).

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies — meaning only you can read or write your own data. We do not share, sell, or rent your personal data to any third parties.

Connections are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth.

GDPR & Your Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Export your data (available from Settings → Export).
• Object to processing or withdraw consent at any time.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication (Supabase session cookies). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes to This Policy
