These Terms of Service govern your use of the Biasvex platform. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Biasvex is a trading journal, analytics, and AI coaching platform designed for educational and self-improvement purposes. Biasvex does not provide financial advice. Nothing in the platform constitutes investment advice, trading recommendations, or a solicitation to trade any financial instrument.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Biasvex. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• All plans include a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial.
• After the trial, your selected plan is billed monthly or annually depending on your choice.
• You can cancel at any time from Settings → Account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform’s API.
• Use the AI Coach to generate content that violates Anthropic’s usage policies.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or misleading content to your journal.

5. Intellectual Property

Biasvex and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Biasvex team. Your trade data and journal entries remain your own — we claim no ownership over content you create.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Biasvex is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of analytics, or specific outcomes from using the platform. Trading involves significant financial risk — past journal performance does not predict future trading results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biasvex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to trading losses.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgium.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
